Are you driving around with your headliner on your head? You don't have to, replacing it is not crazy-difficult. We show you how to replace and repair your headliner. Specifically, we're replacing the headliner in our 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500HD. This is the truck that's in our Shop Truck Build videos. Once the headliner is removed, then it only takes a wire brush to remove all the old deteriorated foam. A cordless drill and a grinder can help speed up the process as well. An old and/or cheap paint gun will work well for spraying the contact cement. Take your time and this is not a very difficult task. We even give you some Pro Tips as well.
