Believe it or not! January is the beginning of this spring garden! If you live in gardening zones 5, 6, or 7 there are plenty of seeds that you should be starting indoors in January. Many of these garden seedlings will be ready to go out into the garden in early spring (Late March & April). You want seedlings between 6 and 8 weeks old to go out in the garden, which means you need to get those seedlings started indoors sometime in January!
