Jacob's Well is a perennial karstic spring located in the Texas Hill Country flowing from the bed of Cypress Creek. Unfortunately, due to drought, a growing population and misuse of natural resources the spring has been at virtually zero flow for quiet some time. What was once a popular swimming hole is now closed to swimming. The trails surrounding are still open last I checked.
This is a Pyrography depiction of this well known location. Burned in to a piece of Cypress provided by a local Wimberley company, Sell Design Group.
This piece took about 8.5 hours (if not a little over) to create.
