Episode 1 - CRACKING CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES / EDIBLE PRESENTS TO SHARE.
In this episode Jamie looks at ways to make some cracking Christmas gifts to share with those we love and tell them we’re thinking of them. Starting with a sumptuous roasted mulled wine ham that’s cooked and glazed in all the flavours of Christmas, it’s accompanied by cheeses you can flavour and deliver ready to be baked; the perfect gift for those we might be missing this year. Jamie and the children make a gift for the grandparents, creating the ultimate yule log to deliver to them as they take the festivities outside.

Episode 2 - CHRISTMAS DINNER!
Jamie shares a delicious way of tailor-making the turkey that uses the whole bird in a more flexible way. Whether you’ve just bought a crown or the whole bird, Jamie shows us how we can make a beautiful sage, onion and apricot stuffing that stuffs both the crown and/or the accompanying legs that can be rolled and placed in the oven at the same time or saved for another day, meaning we can be truly flexible to accommodate the changing times and numbers coming for dinner.

Episode 3 - WINTER WARMERS
With the help of the children he makes a gorgeous sausage roll tear ‘n’ share wreath, that’s half sausage rolls and half butternut squash rolls, all wrapped in gorgeously golden puff pastry and shaped into any design you want to make to impress whoever’s coming. To keep everyone warm, inside or out, Jamie shows us how to batch up a beautifully smoky veggie chilli that will put smiles on everyone’s faces and get us all feeling festive, wherever and with whoever we’re celebrating.

Episode 4 - Leftovers
We all know that one of the best bits of cooking at Christmas is the leftovers, so Jamie gets creative making a gorgeously oozy pie that embraces whatever’s left from the Christmas dinner.
