日本の美しい道を実際に走行した動画です。
美しい道の選定には、須藤英一「新・日本百名道」や「絶景を走る 日本百名道 2022（Japan beatiful road best100）」（http://grand-touring-japan.travel.coocan.jp/roadofjapan2/index.html）を参考にしています。
琵琶湖さざなみ街道は、長浜市の北部から瀬田の唐橋に至る約９３ｋｍの道路です。途中、羽柴秀吉の居城であった長浜城や井伊直弼が過ごした彦根城（国宝）があります。琵琶湖の東岸沿いであることから平坦でよく整備された道路となっています。今回の撮影日は、２０２４年４月中旬です。

The Lake Biwa Sazanami Highway is a 93km road that runs from the northern part of Nagahama City to Karahashi in Seta. Along the way, you will see Nagahama Castle, the residence of Hashiba Hideyoshi, and Hikone Castle (a national treasure), where Ii Naosuke lived. The road is flat and well-maintained, as it runs along the eastern shore of Lake Biwa. The photo was taken in mid-April 2024.
