25g . . . Cake flour
15g . . . Cornstarch
3 Egg yolks
‣Meringue
3 Egg whites
3g . . . . Lemon juice
60g . . . Sugar
▷Bake Time
Bake at 250°F /120°C in water bath for 55-60 minutes. Temperature transferred to 320°F /160°C bake in water bath for 10-15 minutes. Total 65-70 minutes.

15 cm (6 inch) → 21 cm (8.2 inch)
Ingredients x 2 times, Bake time x 1.5 times
