Today is the Sendai part as a continuation of Kyoto. After Kyoto, we spent a few nights in Akita, my husband's hometown, before returning to Sendai. When we lived in Taipei, we often flew to Sendai, which is very familiar to us because it was the joint point of our return trip to Akita. There are many hot spring resorts in the immediate vicinity and, after all, it is a place where seafood is plentiful, so we will send you two days in Sendai. We had a record-breaking rainfall on the way to Sendai, but it was generally a very fulfilling trip. Sendai Airport is the gateway to the Tohoku region, and I highly recommend you to visit this city.
