話題になっていた新英語放送を，少しだけですが聞いてきました。おそらくまだまだあるのでしょう。
携帯電話に関する啓発放送と，快適な車内環境づくりに関する啓発放送が多く扱われました。
全般に，冗長な表現が削除され，より簡潔な放送になったように思われます。

主な変更点は以下の通り。
▼次駅接近放送の文面変更
これまで "This is 駅名~"の形式だったが，これから"This is"が削除された。
「まもなく～」に対応する放送は，これまでは "We will soon make a stop at 駅名~"の形式だったが， "Arriving at 駅名~"の形式に変更された。
▼ 次々駅案内の文面変更
これまで "After leaving Yamato-Saidaiji, this train will be stopping at Gakuenmae."のような形態だったのが， "After Yamato-Saidaiji, we will be stopping at Gakuemmae."に変更された。
▼ 停車駅案内の文面変更
これまで "This train will be stopping at~"だったのが，"We will be stopping at~"に変更された。
▼ 扉案内の文面変更
これまで "The doors on the {left/right} side will open."だったが， "The doors on the {left/right} will open."に変更された。
▼ 乗換案内放送の文面変更
「～方面」に対応する英語放送はこれまで "Please change here for trains to 〇〇‥"だったが，これから "trains to"が削除されている。なお，路線名を表す名詞と等位接続され，"Please change here for the subway and Nankai Lines, Amagasaki and Kobe-Sannomiya."のような形で放送される場合もある。なお，扉案内や次駅接近放送などにおいて新放送の特徴を有する放送において，"trains to"が残っている事例も確認したが，録音に失敗した。
詳細な乗り換え放送における文面も変更されている。例えば，「前の通路を通って」(橿原神宮前接近時)にあたるものは，これまで "please go through the front passageway"だったものが，いまや "via the front passageway"に変更されている。2つめの等位節は，"and for Osaka-Abenobashi, to track 6 or 7. "となり，空所化変形も確認できる。
「階段を上がって」(大和八木到着時)に対応する英語は，これまで "please go up the stairs and transfer to track 1 or 2"だったのが， "please go to track 1 or 2, going up the stairs"に変更されている。＜同時生起＞あるいは＜付帯状況＞の分詞構文であり，これはより日本語に近くなったといえる。

旧放送：While on the train, please switch your mobile phone to silent mode and refrain from speaking on the phone. Thank you.
新放送：Please refrain from talking on your mobile phone and switch it to silent mode.
▼ 快適な車内環境づくりに関する啓発放送
旧放送：In order not to bother other passengers, please show good manners to create a comfortable environment.
新放送：In order not to bother other passengers, please show your consideration for a comfortable environment. Thank you.
▼ 歩きながらのデバイス操作に関する啓発放送
新車内放送，旧車内放送のほか，駅での放送における変種が存在する。以下に列挙する。
旧放送：Attention, please. Walking while using your smartphones or mobile games is very dangerous. It can lead to collisions with other passengers or even falling from the platform. Please assist us in preventing such accidents by not using your devices while walking.
新放送：Please refrain from using smartphones while walking, which may cause trouble to other passengers such as falling from the platform.
駅放送1：Attention, please. Please do not use your smartphone or play a mobile game while walking as it is very dangerous and may cause you to bump into other passengers or fall from the platform. Thank you for your cooperation.

▼ 迷惑行為の報告に関する啓発放送
旧放送：Please let a crew member or station attendant know if you are harassed or see somebody else being harassed on the train or in the station. Thank you.
新放送：Please inform our staff of any harassment you receive or see on the train or at the station.
▼ 優先席に関する放送
旧放送：This train has priority seats reserved for elderly and disabled passengers and expected mothers in each car. Thank you.
新放送：This train has priority seats in each car, reserved for the elderly, passengers with disabilities and expected mothers. Thank you.
▼ ヘッドホン使用に関する啓発放送
日本語放送にも若干の変更が見られるが，これは別種かもしれない。
旧放送：お客さまにお知らせいたします。車内で ヘッドフォンステレオを聞かれるときは 周りのお客様の御迷惑とならないよう 音量にご注意ください。ご協力をお願いいたします。In order not to bother other passengers, when listening to music on the train, please use a headset and be mindful of the volume.
