Pomni mistakenly believes Jax kissed Ragatha and hastily concludes that he is cheating on her. In a fit of anger and hurt, she throws away the ring Jax gave her and flees. Ragatha, attempting to comfort Jax, devises a plan to win him over, but Jax refuses. This rejection angers Ragatha, leading her to kidnap Pomni with the intention of eliminating her to have Jax for herself.
