Video Not Working? Fix It Now

In this video I am taking the hood from the 1966 CJ5 that I am restoring and fixing it properly. The hood is severely dented, and in need of restoration. My first step was to sandblast it as best I could without making it any worse. Today I am going to show you how to remove the dent, and 2 sharp creases, and come out with a repair that needs no body filler, and there was no metal removed from the hood. This is "metalshaping". The dent is knocked towards the outside of the hood, and when I have the shape close, I can bring up the creases with body hammers. Next comes the shrinking disc, so I can get the metal, which has been stretched, back into proper alignment with the rest of the hood. I will friction shrink the hi spots back into shape. I will continually pick up the low spots and shrink down the hi spots. This is something you can do if you have the patience and time to spend getting the metal to do what you want. In a few short hours this hood went from..... ready for the scrap pile, to a perfectly usable hood.
