1/2 TABLESPOON GROUND PIMENTO (ALL SPICE BERRIES)
1 TABLESPOON GROUND GINGER
1 TABLESPOON DRIED THYME
1 TABLESPOON PAPRIKA
1 TABLESPOON WHITE PEPPER
1/2 TABLESPOON BLACK PEPPER
1 TABLESPOON GROUND NUTMEG
1 TABLESPOON SALT
1 TABLESPOON GARLIC POWDER
YOU CAN MUTLIPLY THIS RECIPE AS MANY TIMES AS YOU LIKE. ADD A LITTLE BIT OF THIS AND A LITTLE BIT OF THAT.
WET RUB (MARINADE)
1 LARGE BUNCH SCALLION
2 ONIONS (YOU CAN ADD MORE)
LARGE PIECE GINGER
6 GARLIC CLOVES
1 BUNCH THYME
SCOTCH BONNET PEPPER
SALT
1 TABLESPOON SUGAR
1 TABLESPOON BROWNING ( OR SOY SAUCE)
2 TABLESPOON VINGER( OR MORE)
ALL THESE INGREDIENTS CAN BE MULTIPLIED OR MADE IN SMALLER AMOUNTS.
