Ingredients:
Meat : 2 Kg
Tomatoes : 630 gram. (1/3 of meat)
Onion: 400 g (1/5th of meat)
Whole spices: cardamom, bay leaf, black pepper, staranis, cinnamon sticks, cloves
Fresh coriander: a handful
Turmeric powder: 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala: 10 g
Cumin seed powder: 5 g
Coriander seed powder: 5 g
Kashmiri red chilli powder: 5 g
Fresh green chilli: 3-4 pieces
Salt: 15 g in total or as per your taste
