I have always wanted to try the recipes from "Sui Yuan Shi Dan", finally I found some time to make this dish, it's a recipe that Yuan Mei got from his friend, Jiang Si Lang, called ''Jiang Si Lang Tofu''. The ingredients are very common in domestic kitchens, however when it's done, I realised that the combination of lard, sweet wine and dried shrimps, made tofu especially savoury. Apparently Jiang Si Lang was right after all.
