I used it to do ALL of my projects (soapbox, swing set, toys,...). It is so versatile, flexible and less dangerous than a circular saw. Even as an adult, I use the jigsaw all the time. To be able to do some finer work with the jigsaw, I built this version of a scrollsaw.
