Steve Ford, the son of President Gerald Ford, read a tribute t Jimmy Carter written by the late Gerald Ford. Jimmy Carter died in December at age 100. He was the 39th president of the United States. President Ford died in 2006. The two had agreed to eulogize each other before their deaths.
