INGREDIENTS:
* 2 lamb chop racks
* Season lamb with salt to taste, 1 tsp crashed black pepper, 1/2 each tsp granulated, garlic, and onion. 1/2 tsp dry mixed herb, and spice blend, 1/2 tsp of curry powder, 1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning, 2 tbsp of green seasoning, 1 tbsp olive oil.
* 2 large sweet onions sliced thinly
* 2 cups Jollof stew
* Fortify Jollof stew with 1/6 cup olive oil, 2 hand full of sliced onions, 1/2 tsp curry powder, 1 tsp all purpose seasoning, 1/2 tsp mixed herb and spice blend, salt and crushed black pepper to taste.
* 6 cups of jasmine rice
* Optional butter
* 1-2 cups meat broth
Coleslaw
* Chopped green cabbage
* Chopped/ grated carrots
* 3 to 4 soft boiled eggs
* Salt to taste
* Splash of white vinegar
* 4 tablespoons of olive oil
* 1/2 tsp of Dijon mustard
* A pinch of granulated onion and granulated garlic
