In 1834 Joseph Smith received a revelation that supports a Heartland Book of Mormon geography. He identified a Hopewell skeleton as being a Lamanite named Zelph, and described Zelph in a manner that supports a North American setting for the Book of Mormon. In this video I discuss the Zelph account and the scientific investigations of the Zelph mound.

This channel provides faithful Latter-Day Saint content including scientific and archaeological evidence supporting the Book of Mormon.

My book on DNA and the Book of Mormon is called "Face of a Nephite" and may be found here: https://www.digitalegend.com/products/face-of-a-nephite

I like to provide evidence supporting the Book of Mormon, focusing on DNA evidence, archaeological evidence, Native American artifacts, and investigating the ancient Native American Hopewell culture that was centered in Ohio in Book of Mormon timeframes. I prefer the Heartland location for the geography of the Book of Mormon and lean towards Ohio as the location for Zarahemla. I also value evidence regarding Hebrew (Israelite) influence in Mesoamerica and evidence for the peopling of the Americas.
