Just trying out how my overdrive pedals sound/blend with the JOYO American Sound. I read that several people don't like how overdrives sound together with this JOYO amp-in-a-box, so I thought I'd try this out for myself.
As far as I can tell, the overdrive pedals I used didn't sound that differently from how they would normally sound when I use them with a 'real' amp. Not a big fan of the Epiphone SG Humbuckers with the JOYO American Sound and the Vintage Overdrive, but mostly the overdrives sounded ok to me.
Let me know in the comment section if you've had a different experience, or if you find that the JOYO American Sound is difficult to match up with an overdrive pedal.
