今回は、手作りの肉種をふんわり生地で包んだ、ジューシーで美味しい肉まんをつくります。生地は混ぜるだけで簡単に作ります。包み方も詳しく説明していきます。
蒸したての肉まんはふわふわで、とってもジューシーです。割ってみると肉汁がじゅわっと出てきます。
ぜひ、できたてを食べていただきたいと思いますが、とっても熱いのでやけどには気をつけて下さい。
肉まん
（材料）６個分
強力粉90g
薄力粉150g
砂糖大さじ2(20g）
塩小さじ1(5g)
ドライイースト小さじ1(4g)
サラダ油大さじ1(13g)
ぬるま湯170cc
（具材）
豚コマ切れ140g
干しシイタケ8g
茹でタケノコ30g
タマネギ30g
ニンジン15g
しょうゆ大さじ1/2
砂糖大さじ1/2
酒大さじ１(15g)
ゴマ油大さじ1(13g)
塩ひとつまみ

1 teaspoon salt(5g)
1 teaspoon Instant yeast(4g)
1 tablespoon cooking oil(13g)
170g warm water

140g pork chunks
8g dried shiitake mushrooms
30g boiled bamboo shoots
30g onion
30g carrots
15g soy sauce
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp sake
1 tbsp (15g) sesame oil
1 tbsp (13g) pinch of salt

I'll also explain in detail how to wrap it. Freshly steamed meat buns are fluffy and very juicy. When you break it open, the juices come out.
