Hey guys, just thought i would share an old trick from before ceramic pad days but mostly to show that just slapping pads does not do a favor to anyone. A situation like this if someone is concerned about a squeak, tells me that whoever looked at her car never even told her with rotors like that to expect squeaks and pulsations. Be good to each other and even if you do it on the cheap, do it right. 100% right would be replacing the pads also, if this is your livelihood, reuse nothing. Cost was a factor and ive been doing this long enough to know those pads will break in fine. They will not last as long as new which is another reason you do not want to do this professionally. All most customers will remember is they had it in a garage for brakes sooner than usual. People seldom remember " I can reuse this part but it will not last as long " Even if your intentions are good, document it somehow! Take care and thanks for watching
