Here is our simple recipe:
For the mandarin layer
20 g of gelatin
25 ml of water
5 tangerines (450 g)
40 g of sugar
For the creamy layer
15 g of gelatin
25 ml of water
250 ml of 10% cream or milk
30 g sugar + 10 g vanilla sugar
Mandarin layer:
Pour gelatin with water and leave to swell for 10-15 minutes
Cool the finished jelly to room temperature and pour into cups
And put in the fridge for a few hours

Leave the gelatin to swell for 10-15 minutes
