緑のなかに咲く可憐な花たちが目に飛び込んできた。
金銀花とも呼ばれる、スイカズラの樹木。
目で見て、香って、舌で感じる。
知らなかったスイカズラが、ちょっぴり知っている樹木に。
溶けていく花の氷を見て思い出すのは自然と過ごした時間。
身近にある自然は日常を特別なものに変えてくれる。
いつだって「特別」はすぐそばにあった。
■メニューと作り方
・忍冬酒（スイカズラの花酒）-スイカズラの花びらと氷砂糖適量を瓶にいれてホワイトリカーを注ぐ。2週間ほどしたら花を取り出して出来上がり。炭酸や水と割って飲んでください。
・スイカズラの花氷
・桑の実と水切りヨーグルトのオープンサンド-全粒粉のパンに水切りヨーグルトをのせて桑の実、くるみ、はちみつをかける。
・初夏の野菜サラダ-お好きな野菜で。今回はそら豆、スナップエンドウ、赤大根、人参、きゅうり、大豆を小さく切って、オリーブオイルと塩、酢で味付けをしました。

■Menu & RECIPE
・Honeysuckle wine - Put honeysuckle petals and rock sugar (as needed) in a jar and pour in white liquor. After about two weeks, remove the flowers and they're ready. Mix with soda or water and drink.
・Honeysuckle flower ice
・Mulberry and strained yogurt open sandwich - Place strained yogurt on whole wheat bread and top with mulberry, walnuts and honey.
・Early summer vegetable salad - Use your favorite vegetables. This time I cut broad beans, snap peas, red radish, carrots, cucumber and soybeans into small pieces and seasoned them with olive oil, salt and vinegar.
