Deezer is proud to announce the latest edition of its InVersions series – InVersions 2000s, starting from American singer-songwriter and TikTok personality jxdn's tender rework on the Fray’s “How To Save A Life”.
He comments: “The music of the 2000s feels timeless and I sense that the world is starting to go back to that sound. People are craving it. Everything, especially music, comes in waves, and after traveling the world recently and talking with people from all over, it’s evident that people are craving the realness of 2000s rock specifically. I chose ‘How to Save a Life’ not only because it’s a great song, but because the meaning behind it really resonated with me. I lost my best friend in 2022 and so I felt a special connection to the lyrical content. When I put my own spin on the record, I wanted it to be apparent that I sang it from my heart.”
