I chose ‘How to Save a Life’ not only because it’s a great song, but because the meaning behind it really resonated with me. I lost my best friend in 2022 and so I felt a special connection to the lyrical content. When I put my own spin on the record, I wanted it to be apparent that I sang it from my heart.”
