# Sambal Pecel | Indonesian Peanut Sauce
## Ingredients
* 1 Kg of Peanuts, please use native Tuban peanuts;
* 500 gr of brown sugar which made from coconut or palm.;
* 100 gr or 16 medium-cloves of Garlic;
* 125 gr or 25 pieces of Chili;
* 125 grams or 60 Cayenne peppers;
* 20 gr or 5 pieces of sand ginger;
* 15 -20 pieces of Kaffir lime leaves;
* 50 gr or 3 tbsp. of Salt;
* 50 gr or 3 tbsp. of Sugar;
* 20 gr or 1½ tbsp. of Tamarind;
## Spiciness Levels
1. NOT SPICY, (No cayenne pepper, but only curly chili).
2. MEDIUM, 50-75 gr;
3. SPICY, 100 -150 gr;
4. HOT, 200-250 gr;
5. EXTRA HOT, 400 gr;
6. BLOODY HOT, 600 grams.
