Kake Da Hotel is run by two brother and one of the brothers has open their site in Gurgaon Sector 18 where you have a proper seating area. I met the chef who has been cooking with Kake for over 35 years and know people's palette very well. They are open everyday from Lunch to Dinner. Their Dal Makhani is cooked for over 12 Hours to get the right rustic essence to it. I also order for their Famous Jeera Chicken which is only found at Kake Da Hotel. Fish Pomfret was nicely cooked as well. The staff was well trained. Kake Da Hotel has a history of serving Pure Desi Ghee food in almost all their dishes.
