White Pomfret fish 400-500g clean and pat dry 2. Ginger 3pcs thicker slices 3. Ginger julienne 4. Garlic minced, 2 portions 5. Chilli padi diced (green and red) 6. Onion rings 7. Tomato, 4pcs thick slices Seasoning 1. Light soya sauce 1tbsp Method 1. Place the ginger on the steaming plate. Then place the fish on the ginger, followed by tomatoes, ginger julienne, garlic, chilli padi and onion. 2. Drizzle the light soya sauce on the fish and steam under high heat for 10min. Use the chopstick to poke on the meat near the head. Cook if can pass through easily. 3. While steaming, fry the second portion of garlic under low heat till golden brown. Off heat once the garlic colour starts to change colour. 4. Drizzle the light soya sauce on the fish. Then drizzle the fried garlic and oil on the fish 5.
