തേങ്ങാ പാലും കാന്താരി മുളകും ഒക്കെ ചേർത്ത മീൻ കറി - ഒരു രക്ഷയും ഇല്ലാത്ത ടേസ്റ്റ് ആയിരുന്നു. Coconut milk fish curry with birds eye chilli or kanthari was a superb preparation by Chef Latha of Grand Hyatt Kochi. We were on our third leg of Chefs on the Road campaign in association with Grand Hyatt Kochi. On our second day in Kannur we decided to explore Thalassery fish market. After exploring the fish market and nearby places, we travelled a bit remote where we visited Koorma's Fish Farm where Chef Latha prepared a wonderful deloicacy - Kerala-style fish Kanthari in coconut milk. The curry went well with idiyappam.
