Kali ini saya akan kongsikan resepi kek marble klasik pelangi yang bukan sahaja meriah penampilannya, tetapi rasanya juga sedap dan tidak terlalu manis. Saya menggunakan teknik pengasingan telur kali ini, untuk tekstur kek yang lebih gebu dan ringan. Resepi kek marble pelangi ini ada juga yang menggunakan marjerin Pelangi, tetapi anda boleh sahaja nak pakai mentega atau butterblend seperti Buttercup, terpulang kepada bajet dan citarasa.

Jumlah Hidangan : 1 biji kek bersaiz 7 x 7 inci
BAHAN-BAHAN :
250 gm mentega bergaram lembut (masih dingin)/ marjerin / butterblend | 1 cawan dan 2 sudu besar
130 gm gula kastor/ gula pasir halus | 1/2 cawan dan 2.5 sudu besar
5 biji kuning telur gred A (suhu bilik)
1 sudu teh esen vanilla
40 gm susu pekat manis | 2 sudu besar
210 gm tepung gandum | 1.5 cawan dan 2.5 sudu besar
11 gm tepung jagung | 1.5 sudu besar
6 gm baking powder | 2 sudu teh
60 ml susu penuh krim/ susu segar | 1/4 cawan
5 biji putih telur gred A (suhu bilik)
50 gm gula kastor/ gula pasir halus | 1/4 cawan
Pewarna hijau epal
Pewarna kuning telur
Pewarna biru
Pewarna merah
Saiz Loyang : 7 x 7 inci atau 18.5 x 18.5 cm
SUHU MEMBAKAR : 160℃, 50-70 minit, api atas bawah (kipas matikan), sehingga lidi pencucuk bersih atau bahagian tengah kek menganjal bila ditekan dengan jari. Panaskan ketuhar 10 ke 15 minit.

I made delicious and colorful rainbow marble cake. The cake is not just visually appealing, it is rich, buttery and not to sweet. I used egg separation method to get fluffier, lighter cake with finer cake crumbs. Some recipes call for using Pelangi margarine, but you are free to use pure butter or butterblend such as Buttercup, depending on your budget and preference.

INGREDIENTS :
250 gm softened (slightly cold) salted butter/ margarine/ butterblend | 1 cup and 2 tbsp
130 gm caster/ fine granulated sugar | 1/2 cup and 2.5 tbsp
5 large egg yolks (room temperature)
1 tsp vanilla essence
40 gm sweetened condensed milk | 2 tbsp
210 gm all purpose flour | 1.5 cups and 2.5 tbsp
11 gm cornstarch/ corn flour | 1.5 tbsp
6 gm baking powder | 2 tsp
60 ml milk | 1/4 cup
5 large egg whites (room temperature)
50 gm caster/ fine granulated sugar | 1/4 cup
Apple green coloring
Egg yellow coloring
Blue coloring
Red coloring
BAKING PAN SIZE : 7 x 7 inches / 18.5 x 18.5 cm
BAKING TEMPERATURE : 160℃, 50 to 70 minutes, top and bottom fire (fan off), until inserted cake tester in the middle comes out clean or the cake bounce back when pressed with finger in the middle. Oven preheated 10 to 15 minutes.
