Salah satu variasi kek mentega dengan rasa masam manis dari Haw flakes yang anda perlu cuba jika anda merupakan peminat kek lapis masam manis. Rasanya lemak kerana saya menggunakan tepung biskut keju bergaram dan susu di dalam adunan kek, ditambah lagi dengan rasa masam manis yang pastinya menyegarkan. Sesuai dijadikan sajian minum petang. Selamat mencuba! 🌹BAHAN-BAHAN : 250 gm mentega bergaram (lembut) | 1 cawan 133 gm gula kastor | 2/3 cawan 5 biji telur gred A (suhu bilik) 1 sudu teh esen vanilla 83 gm susu pekat manis | 1/4 cawan 15 gm serbuk badam | 2 sudu besar 170 gm tepung gandum | 1 & 1/3 cawan 7 gm tepung jagung | 1 sudu besar 5 gm baking powder | 1.5 sudu teh 100 gm biskut keju bergaram (kisar halus) | 37 keping 30 ml susu | 2 sudu besar 160 gm asam manis (potong kecil) | 7 peket Asam manis untuk hiasan 🍀SUHU MEMBAKAR : 170℃ | 340℉ selama 50 ke 55 minit, atau sehingga lidi pencucuk bersih. Bakar pada rak kedua bawah/bawah, api atas bawah. Happy baking! 🌹INGREDIENTS : 250 gm softened salted butter | 1 cup 133 gm caster sugar | 2/3 cup 5 large eggs (room temperature) 1 tsp vanilla essence 83 gm sweetened condensed milk | 1/4 cup 15 gm almond ground | 2 tbsp 170 gm all purpose flour | 1 & 1/3 cups 7 gm cornstarch | 1 tbsp 5 gm baking powder | 1.5 tsp 100 gm salty cheese cracker (finely ground) | 37 pcs 30 ml milk | 2 tbsp 160 gm Haw flakes (cut into small pieces) | 7 packets Haw flakes for decoration 🍀BAKING TEMPERATURE : 170℃ | 340℉ for 50 to 55 minutes, or until inserted bamboo skewer comes out clean. Bake at middle bottom/bottom rack, top & bottom heat mode.
