“Keshta” is a kind of local bread of Gilan that's often prepared by rural women. The content is made up of pumpkin, rice and wheat flour, sugar and Common Purslane seeds.
Its walnut sample is filled with grinded walnut and cinnamon. This bread is cooked on a Gamaj, a type of Gilani pottery.
