Today the Norwegian Bliss cruise ship is docked at Ward Cove in Ketchikan, Alaska. It's an early morning, and we've only got the morning to see all the sights in Downtown Ketchikan, then get back to the dock to catch our NCL Excursion "Tongass Rainforest Expedition". Being docked so far from town, and having such a short time in Ketchikan was really a disadvantage. You'll see how cruise lines like Royal Caribbean, Princess, Celebrity, and Holland America are much better options.
After our shuttle to town, we explore historic Creek Street, see Dolly's House, find much needed coffee, then return to Ward Cove for our rainforest hike. There's so much to see and learn in the Rainforest of The Tongass National Forest. Then it's back onboard the NCL Bliss as we make our way to Victoria, British Columbia.
