Keto Blondies - Low carb treats that anyone can make

Welcome back to the channel! Today, we've got another dessert. This time, we're making a keto version of blondies with some fun mix ins. What do I mean? We're using sugar free chocolate chips, sugar free peanut butter chips, and some cinnamon roasted pecans. They're yummy!

Batter:
2 cups almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
4 ounces butter, softened
2 eggs, beaten
1.25 cups allulose
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix ins:
~ 1/2 cup chocolate chips (sugar free!)
~ 1/3 cup peanut butter chips (sugar free!)
~ 1/2 cup cinnamon roasted pecans

Whisk the almond flour and baking powder in a bowl. Set aside.
Whisk eggs, butter, allulose and vanilla extract together.
Mix together the wet and dry ingredients.
Fold in mix ins.

Place batter into a parchment lined 8 * 8 pan.
Place pan in a preheated 350 degree oven.
Bake for ~ 20-25 minutes until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

This is a super easy and very tasty treat that won't leave you feeling guilty.
