I decided to start a healthy low carb diet because I gain some weight these days. I bump into this recipe because I have all the ingredients at home. When I baked it, I just know this is a winner. This video was made as a form of a review of this recipe.
Ingredients:
8 tbsp. unsalted butter
1 3/4 cups almond flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
6 large eggs (room temperature, separated)
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 Degrees Fahrenheit.
