6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 tbsp coconut oil (or beef tallow for carnivore-friendly)
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions (optional)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
6 medium boiled chicken eggs, halved and patted dry
Optional Toppings:
Crushed pork rinds
Everything bagel seasoning
Fresh chives, finely chopped
Instructions
Prepare the Filling:
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, butter, coconut oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in bacon crumbles and green onions (if using). Chill the mixture for 10-15 minutes to firm up.
Wrap the Eggs:
