Ingredients: Dough: 2 cups Almond flour ¼ cup Coconut flour 1 tablespoon Psyllium husk powder 1 teaspoon Baking powder 1 ½ cups Mozzarella cheese (shredded and melted) 2 large Eggs 2 tablespoons Allulose or Erythritol (optional, for sweetness) 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract 1 egg for Egg wash (beaten) Filling: ½ cup Cottage cheese (blended smooth) 2 oz Cream cheese (softened) 1-2 tablespoons Allulose or Erythritol (adjust to taste) ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract Optional: Sugar-free chocolate chips, berries, or cinnamon for topping Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
