3 egg yolks
20 grams or 3 tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp xanthan gum
DOUGH
1 cup almond flour
1 cup water
25 grams of coconut flour
80g or 1/3 cup unsalted butter
1 tsp salt
1tsp xanthan gum
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1tsp baking powder
2 large eggs
