Keto English Muffin Recipe
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 Tbsp almond flour
1 Tbsp melted butter
Combine ingredients and pour in 4” ramekin dish or coffee mug (that is microwave safe). Microwave on high for 90 seconds. Slice in half and pan fry in butter on medium/low heat for a few minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!
