I'm always searching for a tasty no-guilt, low carb treat to have with a hot drink and think this recipe hits the nail on the head. This Keto peanut butter chocolate brownie low carb dessert has only 210 calories, 6.45g protein and 1.95g carbs per serve! It will definitely be a "go to" for those sweet lovers.

Makes 16 Slices (8in x 8in lined baking pan)

Ingredients for Chocolate Brownie
1/2 Cup (50g) Almond Flour
3/4 Cup (150g) Sugar Sweetener granulated
1/4 Cup (25g) Cocoa Powder unsweetened
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Cup plus 2 Tbsp (135g) Unsalted Butter softened
2 Oz (60g) Dark Chocolate Chips sugar free
3 Eggs large (I used 70g eggs)
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Ingredients for Peanut Butter Mixture
3/4 Cup (192g) Unsalted Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp (15g) Powdered Sugar Sweetener
2 Tbsp (28g) Unsalted Butter melted

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F or 175C
For the Chocolate Brownie mixture, blend all of your dry ingredients (except choc chips) and put aside. In a microwave bowl (I always use glass), melt the butter and choc chips. I kept checking a 30 second intervals. Once melted, add your eggs and vanilla extract and whisk until well combined. Add the dry ingredients and mix until combined (don't over mix). Add your batter to your lined baking pan and set aside.
For the Peanut Butter mixture, place all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined.
Get your baking tin with the brownie batter and place dollops of the peanut butter mixture on top and start making swirls with a knife . The purpose for this is to blend the peanut butter with the brownie mixture, with a design on the top.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on your oven. Mine took 20 minutes. Let cool down on counter or fridge for 20 minutes then remove from pan and slice into 16 even slices.
