Ingredients: Meat Filling: 1 tbsp coconut oil 1 small onion (chopped) 600g ground beef 1 tbsp butter 1 + 3/4 cups medium salsa (or can use mild salsa and add red chilli powder to increase spiciness) 2 cups cauliflower 1/2 tbsp ground fresh ginger 3/4 cups green bean mix 2 tsp salt 5 tsp fennel seeds 2 tsp cumin 2 tbsp curry powder 2.5 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp coriander (or could use fresh cilantro) 1/2 tsp paprika powder Dough: 1 tbsp coconut oil 275g graded mozzarella cheese (~2 cups of packed graded cheese) 2 ounces cream cheese 1.5 cups almond flour small pinch of salt 2 eggs
