1.軟化好的牛油加入糖,黑芝麻粉攪拌至均勻
2.分成兩成(可包進保鮮紙裡)冷凍備用
~約10分鐘芝麻餡會變硬
(黑芝麻包)做法:
1.先將粉類攪拌均勻(過歸更佳)
2.再加入蛋和水
3.攪拌至無顆粒
4.靜置5分鐘更佳
(黑芝麻流沙包)做法:
1.將冷凍好的芝麻餡包進黑芝麻包裡

2.蒸鍋水燒開後,包子墊上油紙後放入鍋中
3.小火蒸約13分鐘
4.熱吃,放涼後皆可
