Using the theories of PA Yeoman with Keyline Cuts and Peter Andrews Natural Sequence Farming we have decided to step forward and try the combination of the two theories. Using our pipe single tine pipe layer we have cut the pasture on contour and layered animal waste on the high side of the cut. These cuts with hold the water with the animal waste and soak into the soils increasing nutrients and rebuilding soil health. The experiment has begun and time will tell how successful.
