Video Not Working? Fix It Now

#pcbdesign #electronicscreators #altium #signalintegrity This excerpt from the Altium OnTrack podcast features Zachariah Peterson and Heidi Barnes of Keysight. She explains why ferrites on a PDN have stopped being a useful tool for ensuring low-noise power in a digital system. In particular, ferrites in these applications create transient voltage ripple when a digital processor attempts to draw current into the PDN on a PCB. The solution? More capacitance!
