Today I am making some homemade snacks for our cupboards! You cannot beat scratch made, healthy ingredient labels in your snack cupboard for your family! We are what we eat!🍎🫐🍐
Rice Krispie Treats
1/2 c. Butter
15 oz. Mini marshmallows
1 t. Vanilla
9 c. Rice Krispies
Melt butter, marshmallows, and vanilla in the microwave. Add in the Rice Krispies. Put in a 9x13 pan and allow to cool. Cut and enjoy!
Buttered Cheerios
1 c. Butter
4 T. Worcestershire sauce
3 t. Season-all salt
1 1/2 t. Garlic powder
1 t. Onion powder
10 c. Honey Nut Cheerios
Melt all ingredients together in the microwave, except for the cheerios. Pour over cheerios and stir to coat. Bake @ 250 degrees for 30 mins
Sourdough Cheese Crackers
2 c. Flour
1 t. Salt
1 t. Garlic powder
1/2 c. Butter
16 oz. Cheddar cheese (shredded)
1/2 c. Sourdough starter
2 T. Water
Add all ingredients to mixer and mix. Refrigerate 8 hours. Divide into 4 pieces and use pasta roller to roll thin sheets. Cut out your crackers and poke holes in each one with a fork. Bake @ 325 degrees for 10-12 mins. Enjoy!
