This 30-minute workout will certainly challenge your kids' stamina!
If your kids need to burn fat, this workout it's perfect for them! It'll help them burn fat all over their bodies, but even if they don't need it, these exercises can strengthen all their muscles! The routine starts with some stretching movements followed by basic exercises to prep up the body. We'll finish the workout with more challenging full-body compound exercises. This will be done in two sets.
All these exercises can be done at home and the little ones won't need to use any equipment!
