North Korea's dictator Kim Jong Un lost his cool after a 5,000-tonne naval destroyer ship capsized during its launch event in Cheongjin Shipyard on May 21. According to media reports, the accident led to the launching sled in the stern being released first and becoming stranded, and the ship's balance being destroyed by a dent in the bottom of some sections. A furious Kim Jong Un called the incident "criminal act" and blamed multiple institutions for "absolute carelessness" and "negligence".
