Hand dyed yarn is beautiful, and can sometimes have variation between skeins even when dyed at the same time (part of the same dye lot). For some, the solution to a cohesive piece is alternating skeins to blend the colors together and keep your project from having a blocky look where it is noticeable where a new skeins is introduced. This video specifically addresses doing that when knitting in the round on an item such as a sweater, where you have the ability to change yarns every row. I picked up this trick of twisting the yarns on the front from a social media clip, and wanted to share it with you, it is my go-to when alternating skeins, enjoy!
