Ingredients
Cooking Oil for frying
Corn Flour/ Tapioca Flour (to prevent Oil from splashing)
To marinate:
500-600g/ 1 pc of Mullet Fish/ Blackfin Scad
1 and 1/2 tsp of Turmeric Powder
1 tsp of Salt
For the Gravy
1/2 bowl of White Vinegar
A bowl of Water (depends on how much gravy you want)
1 thumb size of Ginger
3 - 4 pcs of Fresh Turmeric
6 pcs of Red/ Green Chillies
6 cloves of Garlic
1 tsp of Salt
2 tbsp of Sugar
For garnishing:
White Sesame Seed (Toasted)
1 thumb size of Ginger (Fried)
***You may add/reduce the ingredient's portion according to your preference)
