Sul sul~! Here's a University Dorm (Foxbury) that I am using in my personal gameplay. It is built in Mt. Komorebi (I imagine there's a university in there lol) and designed for comfort, functionality, and located at the heart of Senbamachi. Its features are:
- A small communal dining area, vending machines that offers quick meals, drinks, and snacks.
- A room for individual or group study with small library shelf for reference materials and textbooks.
- Laundry room equipped with washers and dryers for student needs, a coffee area where your sim can use while waiting for their laundry to finish.
- An area for tabletop games for group play
📝 I only designed two rooms; the rest is up to you.
📝 One thing I didn't anticipate here are the influx of food that your dormmates will bring in. So, I suggest putting a counter somewhere or change the communal dining area to whatever you see fit.
📝 ALSO, I realized you can use this build as residential rental as well!
