Today, my wife prepared a surprise by making Korean food. Occasionally, she cooks Korean dishes like buchujeon (garlic chive pancakes) or tteokgalbi (grilled short rib patties), but today, she specially made dakgalbi (spicy stir-fried chicken).
Dakgalbi is one of my wife's favorite Korean dishes, and I wonder if she still remembers the way I used to make it in the past. Well, let's go see if an Iranian can make dakgalbi well!
