Oven : 200℃ / for about 20~25min

# Ingredient (10ea) _ Cup(250ml)
♣ Bread
300g all purpose flour (2cup)
5g salt (1tsp)
50 sugar (1/4cup)
3g instant dry yeast (3/4tsp =1/4tsp x 3)

230g milk (222ml)
* If your working place is ‘hot and humid’, use 10g (10ml) less liquids *

50g melted butter (3Tbsp+1tsp)

♣ Corn topping
1ea canned corn (341ml)
1ea small onion (140g)
about 5Tbsp mayonnaise
2pinch salt
10g sugar (1Tbsp)
black pepper
parsley

sausage(wiener) 10ea
mozzarella cheese (pizza cheese)
cheddar cheese
parsley


♣ Q : My kitchen is so hot. Is it okay to proof bread? (Choose one)
A : (1) You can reduce the first proofing time. (30-40-30 min ☞ 25-35-25min)
Or (2) Can use room temperature milk
